What Do You Prescribe?

What do you do to feel better on your broken-heartiest days?

  1. I can't cry the entire day, so I try to do other things. I eat too much, watch non-sensical tv (no really, I bottom-of-the-barrel it), sit too long at the computer. If I'm lucky, someone will drag me out of the house to go on a walk or drive, make me go somewhere that's just different.

  2. Hey Jane, it's Caroline, I'm finally getting around to reading all the blog posts and love them! Anyway, in response to this post:

It might sound strange but I love to go to the local library and search for things that people left in books. Usually, it's nothing exciting like a piece of paper with a phone number on it, but sometimes people leave some awesome things. I've found a pamphlet about God from like the 1950's, a letter to a friend that was never sent, and all sorts of similar things. For some reason, it really calms me down and lifts my spirits. Just thought I'd share!
